The first official lustrum of RugbyClub Amsterdam will be noted before July 13, 2023.
Here a brief overview of what has been achieved in the past 5 years!
- Youth has 2 training evenings a week, as do the seniors
- We cooperate in a positive way with SV de Meteoor as far as use of the field and canteen are concerned, until we created our own accommodation
- The Executive Board now has a full line-up with Treasurer Maria Luisa Solari, Secretary Katina Stavrianos and President Jan Schalkx
- Meeting structure has agenda, reporting and fixed dates
- House Rules have been adopted during the yearly Assembled Members MeetingL Wednesday March 22, 2023 and can be downloaded from the website
- Mission and Club Code have been worked out and are visible on the website
- Documents about safety, training and organization can be downloaded from the website for inspection
- Confidential Contact Person appointed in the person of Melanie Tat
- Technical Staff has been supplemented with Head TC Kevin Burton, Head of Youth Development Thibault Terrier and Head of Arbitration Gilles Robichon
- Competition secretary is Arthur de Vries
- Pr- / Sponsor Committee led by Tamara Gras for sponsoring and in cooperation with. Katina Stavrianos for communication starts with an action plan and further elaboration
- A number of sponsors/subsidisers are active
- Website has been renewed, expanded with functionality and transferred for maintenance and use by the club
- Cooperation from the municipality to give the club more body leads to a structured approach to schools, after-school care and shadowing of a paid club support coach
- Discussions about our own location and accommodation are ongoing with municipal officials, politics at class level and has a high priority from the administrators in Amsterdam Noord
